On Thursday 7 September, the Amsterdam Center for International Law and the T.M.C. Asser Institute will host a HILAC Lecture on humanitarian activities in the Middle East at the Humanity House. Our KGF Director, Dr. Robert Heinsch, will give an introduction on the legal framework of the ICRC-mandate relating to humanitarian access. Director-General of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Yves Daccord, will discuss the challenges surrounding humanitarian access in practice.
