On Friday 15 September, the Grotius Centre and the Kalshoven-Gieskes Forum will host the Opening Lecture of the Advanced and Regular LL.M. programmes in Public International Law. The topic of the opening lecture is ‘The Prosecution of War Crimes and Terrorism in the Netherlands’. Our two esteemed and highly experienced speakers are Mr. Simon Minks, Advocate-General at the Hague Courts of Appeal and Mr. Michiel Pestman, Criminal Lawyer at Prakken d’Oliveira in Amsterdam.
