On 13 March 2017, Dr. Giulia Pinzauti addressed Senior Course 130 at the NATO Defence College – the Alliance’s premier academic institution – in Rome. Dr. Pinzauti spoke on the subject of “The United Nations and International Courts” to an audience comprised of 54 military officers and government officials from 19 countries.
