Mr. Daniel Møgster graduated in 2014 with a master of laws from the University of Oslo and then began to work as ministerial adviser to the Norwegian government on anti-corruption issues. Four years later, in 2018, he graduated from Leiden University’s advanced studies programme on European and International Human Rights Law LL.M. (cum laude). During this study, Daniel continued working part-time for the Norwegian government. He also participated as student researcher to the IHL Clinic of the Kalshoven-Gieskes Forum on International Humanitarian Law, and published a peer reviewed academic piece on autonomous weapons systems. Currently at the KGF, he pursues his research interests in the intersection between public international law, human rights law and international humanitarian law.
